Dear colleagues,

We require the number of participants at each event for better planning. Please use the online form to let us know which event you will be attending. We will also have an event booklet printed to help you get to know each other more quickly. For this we need some information from you.

Photos and Videos

We need a declaration of consent from you to take photos and videos during the event. Please sign the declaration electronically or manually and upload it here in this form. This applies to those who have not yet sent us the form by email. If we do not have the declaration of consent from all participants, we cannot take any photos.
